Check it out, we have a bucket van that can reach up to 29ft. Now, doing service calls for high up fixtures is a breeze.
The purchase was a logical step, as we entered into the residential accent lighting market during the last quarter of 2020.
ACCENT LIGHTING
Here's a project we did from 2020. DLC certified LED point lights are installed along the soffit inside a slim aluminum track. The system is fully digital and works with a phone app allowing the user to customize their own lighting scenes. These lights can be used all year round for special holidays and occasions too. They're a great investment because of the longevity of LED technology and permanent installation. That's right, you'll never have to put up or take down Christmas lights again!

FACADE AND LIGHTING FOR IMPROVED SECURITY
Jasper Gates is a mixed residential and commercial building that was consistently having issues with attempted break-ins and unwanted loitering. In regards to security, one of the most overlooked factors is having proper lighting. What good is a camera system if you can't see the intruder? Darkness is inviting to thieves in the night. We believe that lighting is the first line of defence against bothersome individuals. We are proud to make this property feel safer at night, especially at the back as you will see in the images below.
