TERMS & AGREEMENT FOR INNOVA LED CORP. PURCHASE

Effective Date: [January 30, 2026]

 

1. Product Disclosure

INNOVA systems are RoHS Certified, ensuring compliance with environmental and material safety standards. ETL Certification is currently in progress. By purchasing this product, the buyer acknowledges that it may not yet meet all regulatory certification requirements. It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify compliance with local regulations before installation or use. While INNOVA LED CORP. is actively pursuing full certification, no specific timeline is guaranteed.

 

2. Customer Acknowledgment & Assumption of Risk

By purchasing and using INNOVA systems, the buyer assumes full responsibility for ensuring compliance with local electrical and safety regulations. Buyers acknowledge that they are solely responsible for the installation, use, and maintenance of the product. INNOVA LED CORP. and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses resulting from improper installation, misuse, or failure to comply with local regulations.

 

3. Cloud Services, Tech Access & Ongoing Fees

Each purchase of an INNOVA system includes 1 year of INNOVA Cloud Access at no additional cost (a $365 value). Cloud access provides remote system control, firmware updates, and ongoing ecosystem support. Beginning in year two, cloud access may be renewed for a recurring monthly fee.

By using the cloud service, the buyer acknowledges that it is required to access certain features, and that service availability may depend on hosting, internet connectivity, and system compliance with recommended installation standards.

 

4. Limitation of Liability

INNOVA LED CORP. disclaims all liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of this product. Buyers agree that INNOVA LED CORP. is not responsible for property damage, personal injury, or regulatory compliance issues related to installation, operation, or cloud service use.

 

5. Intended Use & Training

INNOVA systems are designed for professional and personal applications. Installation should be performed by qualified individuals familiar with electrical systems and safety standards. Each starter kit purchase includes live virtual training and mentorship to ensure proper installation, equip partners for real-world scenarios, and protect brand integrity.

Any unauthorized modifications, repairs, or use of third-party components may void any express or implied warranties and could compromise system functionality.

 

6. Future Certification & Updates

INNOVA LED CORP. is actively pursuing certification for its products. Customers will be informed of updates regarding compliance when applicable. INNOVA LED CORP. makes no guarantees regarding the timeline or outcome of the certification process. Firmware, cloud features, and system updates are provided to maintain system performance and ongoing ecosystem integrity.

 

7. Acceptance of Terms

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The buyer also agrees that the product is purchased "as is" and that all risks associated with its use, including installation, operation, and cloud services, are their sole responsibility.
