You are responsible for securing your Wi-Fi network and account credentials.
INNOVA LED CORP. does not store or access your Wi-Fi passwords.

INNOVA LED CORP., its affiliates, employees, or agents are not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, network breaches, or third-party interference.

7. Cloud Services & Ongoing Fees

Each purchase includes 1 year of INNOVA Cloud Access at no additional cost (a $365 value). Cloud access provides remote control, firmware updates, and ongoing system support. Starting in year two, cloud access may be renewed for a recurring monthly fee.

By using cloud services, you accept that availability depends on your internet connection, hosting infrastructure, and proper device installation.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:
