INNOVA LED CORP. RETURN & WARRANTY POLICY

Effective Date: January 30, 2026

INNOVA LED CORP. (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to providing high-quality professional lighting products. This Return & Warranty Policy outlines the terms under which defective products may be returned or replaced and protects the integrity of the INNOVA brand.

1. General Return Policy

All returns or warranty claims must be initiated through INNOVA LED CORP.’s support team by contacting info@innovaLED.ca.
INNOVA does not accept returns for change of mind, aesthetic reasons, or improper installation.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning products unless otherwise agreed by INNOVA.
Taxes, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable.

2. Warranty Coverage

2.1 LED Controllers

1-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
Covers defects in materials or workmanship only.
Customer is responsible for shipping the defective controller back to INNOVA for inspection and shipping charges for the replacement unit.
Warranty is void if the controller has been subjected to misuse, unauthorized modifications, electrical damage, or improper installation.

2.2 Power Supplies

1-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
Covers defects in materials or workmanship only.
Customer is responsible for shipping the defective power supply back to INNOVA for inspection and shipping charges for the replacement unit.
Warranty is void if the power supply has been subjected to overload, improper voltage input, water damage, physical damage, or unauthorized modifications.

2.3 30mm LED Lights

1-year limited warranty from date of purchase.
Customer must provide clear visual proof (photo or video) of defective lights to INNOVA support.
INNOVA will evaluate the claim at its sole discretion and may authorize replacement.
Shipping charges for replacement lights may apply.
Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation, voltage misuse, physical damage, or environmental factors outside of INNOVA specifications.

3. Additional Warranty Protections

Warranty coverage is limited to replacement or repair of defective components only. INNOVA LED CORP. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including labor costs, installation fees, lost revenue, or project delays.
Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser.
INNOVA reserves the right to refuse warranty claims if products show signs of misuse, tampering, unauthorized modification, or installation outside of recommended specifications.
Customers must retain proof of purchase for all warranty claims.

4. Return Process

Contact info@innovaLED.ca with your claim, photos/videos (for LED strings), and proof of purchase.
INNOVA support will review the claim and issue an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if approved.
Customer ships the defective item back to INNOVA at their cost (except where local law requires otherwise).
INNOVA inspects the item and ships replacement or repaired unit per policy terms.

5. Limitations & Exclusions

INNOVA is not responsible for shipping delays, customs charges, or import/export duties.
Warranty does not cover damage caused by: Improper installation or wiring not following INNOVA guidelines Unauthorized modifications or tampering Accidents, abuse, neglect, or natural disasters Power surges, voltage spikes, or misuse of boost wiring

6. Brand Protection Clause

INNOVA LED CORP. reserves the right to deny any claim deemed fraudulent or in violation of warranty terms.
All replacement or repair products remain under INNOVA ownership until inspected and approved.
Warranty claims are evaluated at the sole discretion of INNOVA LED CORP. to ensure system integrity and brand standards are maintained.
